Vortex gir LIVSTIDSGARANTI mot feil på sin optikk.
Vortex gir også LIVSTIDSGARANTI på all elektronikk.
Det med elektronikken er helt unikt, da mange Europeiske "stormerker" kun gir 2-5 år på produkter med elektronikk, noe mange ikke er klar over.
I tillegg så gir Vortex deg en innebyget UHELLSFORSIKRING, som betyr at du er dekket for de fleste uhell som kan oppstå med din optikk.
INTERNASJONAL VIP GARANTI
Vortex sin verdensomspennende livstids vip garanti dekker ditt kjøp gjennom den butikk eller importør du kjøpte ditt produkt fra.
Distributører eller butikker i andre land enn der du kjøpte din optikk kan kreve servicekostnader ihht regler og reguleringer i det landet. Vi anbefaler deg å kjøpe din optikk fra din lokale butikk, og/eller Distributør i det landet du bor, for at du skal være dekket av Vortex sine garantier, om det skulle bli et behov.
Produkter som ikke er importert inn til Norge fra den autoriserte Vortex Distributøren, Inkludert produkter som er fraktet inn til landet, uten å innfortolle med de nødvendige skatter og avgifter, er å betrakte som "Grå Marked Produkter", og er ikke omfattet av denne garantien.
Nettopp derfor bør du aldri kjøpe brukt Vortex i Norge, uten å forlange kvittering fra forrige eier.
Både for å forvisse deg om at du er dekket av garantien, men også for å sikre deg at du ikke kjøper tyvegods.
Vortex Vip Garanti gjelder ikke tap, tyveri, bevisst skade, eller kosmetisk skade som ikke er til hinder for bruk av produktet.
The VIP Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.
INTERNATIONAL VIP WARRANTY
Products that are not imported into your country by the Vortex Authorized Distributor, including items brought in to a country without having paid the necessary taxes and duties, are considered “Grey Market Products” and are not covered by this warranty.
The Vortex Worldwide Lifetime VIP Warranty covers your purchase worldwide through the distributor or dealer in the country where you purchased your product.
Distributors and dealers in countries other than where you made your purchase may apply service charges due to different rules and regulations in that country. We recommend you make your purchases from your local distributor or dealer to ensure you get the best service should there ever be a need.
